Full sibling to our mare DD Jorina
We just LOVE this cross and have decided for Siljar's last breeding season with us to repeat it. Since we already have Jorina, who will be a cornerstone of our future breeding program, we do not need a full sibling. The foal will be either a white dun or a brown dun. There is a chance for grey recessive and the foal will be red recessie for sure.
Jorina is right at 14hh. She has a well shaped neck, clean throat latch and just the absolute stellar disposition that everyone wants.
Price: $6.600 in utero price
$2.200 deposit once contract is signed
$2.200 when foal is born
$2.200 when foal is weaned and ready to ship
All 2025 Gio colts will be available with a gelding contract. Therefore, we are offering our last foal crop from Gio for a reduced gelding price. This does not reflect their quality in any way, it's purely an agreement with Gio's new owner.
Following mare are in foal to Gio for 2025:
Please contact if you are interested in a 2025 colt/gelding sired by Gio and want to be on the list for any of these crosses!
Offering an original Norwegian Trille. This carriage was imported from Norway and commercially used in the early 1900s in Norway. So, it’s almost 120 years old! There are probably less than a handful in the USA. One was restored and featured in the Rose Bowl Parade in 2022.
Around 2011 this particular one got renovated and received new axles and new rubber wheels with disc brakes. The driver stand was slightly modified to accommodate the brake pedal.
The original steel wheels will go with the Trille as well as the shafts for single and pole for driving pairs.
It has a few spots here and there and could use a paint touch up.
