DD Florentina
Florentina is a stunning Tsjalle daughter out of our homebred mare DD Flora. Florentina looked like a carbon copy of her dam as a foal, however, is maturing into a big leggy young mare with tremendous balance, big shoulder and a goofy sweet personality.

Florentina will be raised in our youngster herd and eventually be bred to a complementary stallion when she is mature.
Flora's sire is out of our late mare Thilde and imported semen from the Norwegian stallion Torsetblakken. As such, Flora is genetically irreplaceable for us and we are thrilled to be able to move forward with these genetic in the next generation.
Originally, we were not thinking about breeding Florentina early on and focus more on her training, but our 2024 imported colts are blowing the genetic door white open. Ultimately, we feel Florentina has already succeeded her dam as far as usability goes (heavier boned legs, more size and substance in structure and very important WAY better feet) and therefore making the next generation going forward from her that much more interesting.
Florentina is unbelievable elegant and drop dead gorgeous, so she will be an amazing representative for Tsjalle and our breeding program at outings, competitions and ambassador of the breed.
